Terms and Conditions
- Normal minimum rental period: 5 nights. Ask us about the conditions for weekend reservations and shorter stays of 3-4 nights.
- The rental price includes the following services: water, electricity, wood for the fireplace, Internet (Wi-Fi) plus 10% VAT.
- A once-only laundry and final cleaning surcharge will be applied on each stay, regardless of length. Check-in from 4 p.m. / Check-out by 10 a.m. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge a surcharge for a later arrival: €20 after 8 p.m., €40 after 10 p.m. and €60 after midnight.
- Baby bed (€ 5.- per night) and baby chair (€ 2.50 per day) are available. Pre-registration necessary.
- An extra bed can be booked in Casa Cantares, Casa Siri, Casa Grande, Casa Pino or Casa Canas for a surcharge of €25 per night.
- Smoking is not allowed in the houses.
- Barbecues: According to local authority regulations, the use of barbecues is not permitted between June 1st and October 15th due to the risk of fire.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Promotions, price reductions and rebates cannot be combined.
